Lucy brings over 28 years of healthcare experience to the clinic, including 16 years practising as a contact lens optician. Her background has given her a strong understanding of patient care, professionalism and the importance of helping people feel listened to and at ease.

As Assistant Clinic Manager, Lucy supports the smooth running of the clinic and helps patients throughout their Sapphire journey. From welcoming patients on arrival to assisting with appointments and enquiries, she is often one of the first friendly faces you will see when you walk through the door.
