Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Jane Ratcliffe, Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Hereford. A passionate practitioner who has specialised in cosmetic medicine for over 15 years, has been handpicked by Emma to join the Sapphire Aesthetics Team. Highly trained in techniques of facial assessment, Jane is able to provide her patients with a care plan to rejuvenate and refresh the face with non-surgical procedures to maintain a refreshed natural look. The essence of Janes work is to make her patients feel rejuvenated, fresh and great for their age.

Jane completed her aesthetic training in Harley Street London in 2005 and practised aesthetics on a part time basis both in Harley Street and within the Midlands. In 2013 Jane proudly joined a very busy aesthetic company within the West Midlands and left the NHS to concentrate solely on practicing aesthetics. During this time Jane maintained her aesthetic skills by completing the Allergan Medical Institute Visionary and Distinction Programmes.

Jane qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1993, then travelling to many parts of the country she gained experience in different hospital settings. Her clinical expertise gained her a Lead Nurse Specialist post within the Clinical Nutrition team. She gained her Degree in Independent Prescribing and Advanced Health Assessment and is a member of the BACN (British Association of Cosmetic Nurses) and the RCN (Royal College of Nursing).

Jane is very interested in education and training and has assisted in teaching Doctors and Nurses non-surgical procedures from beginners to expert level.
