We are very excited to be able to offer HArmonyCa® at Sapphire Medical Aesthetics. This new and revolutionary treatment is only available in selected Clinics across the UK.

Created by Allergan Aesthetics, a global leader in injectables and the same company that brought you Juvéderm and Botox, HArmonyCa™ is a hybrid dermal filler with regenerating effects.

This hybrid injectable treatment combines two powerful ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHa). HA instantly fills wrinkles, while CaHa stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production over time. Additionally, lidocaine is included as one of the ingredients, making it a more comfortable treatment.

What is HArmonyCA?

HArmonyCa® is a fast-acting treatment that can help you achieve immediate results with a more natural look and feel. The HA helps to lift wrinkles and restore lost volume, while the CaHa stimulates your skin’s own collagen production, resulting in a long-lasting effect that continues to improve over time.

What should I expect after my treatment?

The volume you see immediately after your treatment will stay the same, however over the next 18-24 months you will see gradual, continual improvement in the appearance of your skin due to the stimulation of new collagen regrowth.

How long does it last?

The filler should last for around 18-24 months before you need treatment again.

Is there any downtime?

There is no downtime. It is advisable to avoid alcohol, aspirin or anti-inflammatory medication in the 24 hours before treatment.

Immediately after treatment you should avoid wearing make-up, and give sports, swimming and any other strenuous physical activity a miss for 24 hours. It is also best to avoid saunas and steam rooms for a few days after treatment. You should also avoid intense sun or UV light exposure for the first few days after treatment. We also recommend that you do not go to the gym, sauna, steam-room or go swimming on the same day as treatment. You should also avoid touching the injection site.
